N.A.A.S.D.A. offers a variety of programs designed to keep members engaged and involved all year round. Our programs are designed to encourage fellowship and collaboration while building character, confidence and professional skills.
PROGRAMS & PROJECTS.
We help young people realize their full potential and secure their futures.
By way of the following programs, N.A.A.S.D.A. strengthens art and culture, as well as give hope, confidence and self-awareness to teens and young adults in underserved communities.
Topical Sessions
Our program curriculum is theme-based and offers sessions on parenting, relationships, mindfulness and other topics that are designed to allow teens and young adults to experience emotional, spiritual and physical wellness through conversation, movement and simple techniques.
Workforce Development / Entrepreneurship
Held throughout the year, our workforce development training programs will help prepare participants to enter and/or establish their own business in the area of home repair and administrative skills.
Participants are trained to communicate clearly, confidently and assertively. Hands on training in Word, Excel and Powerpoint will give members a diverse set of essential workplace skills that are highly valued by employers.
Art &
Culture
We offer a multitude of workshops to provide exposure to and growth in a variety of art fields of study.This includes, but is not limited to culinary arts, martial arts, and music production. Participants also get an opportunity to perform in showcases, which cultivates confidence and personal development.

Health & Wellness
Intellectual and mental growth must be paired with physical wellness to ensure a well rounded experience. We offer classes in Tai Chi, Yoga and Dance and more traditional sports such as softball, flag football and tennis.
Nate Day Festival!
Community involvement is paramount to our organization's success. We host several fundraising events such as poetry/open mic sessions, bowling events, skate parties, sip and paint events and more to bring awareness to our organization and it's mission.
The Annual Nate Day Festival is designed to bring members of the community together and allow a space for time with family, friends and others in the community to build healthy relationships and enhance mental & physical well-being. This event is loaded with outdoor activities, music, competitions, food giveaways, and so much more!
Why July 19th? Because on this day we remember and celebrate the life and legacy of our beloved, Michael Nathan Rudolph! His loving spirit will always live on in our hearts.

In addition to the projects above, N.A.A.S.D.A. also aims to provides services to the community. Serving in all aspects is one of our top priorities.
Art Gallery Coming Soon
We have a unique opportunity to expose our youth and communities to the vast genre of the Arts. Our goal is to not only provide a space to learn, but also to nurture culture. This upcoming space will allow us to do that.

We recognize the value of engaging with the larger community, therefore our gallery will provide venue space that is perfect for networking events, open mic, gaming tournaments, photo shoots, pop up shops, and more!
