Empowerment Pathways offers a Fundamentals Program that teaches hands-on skills to boys and girls, such as cooking classes, sewing workshops, automotive maintenance, and home improvement skills. We also offer sessions on parenting, relationships, mindfulness and other topics that are designed to allow teens and young adults to experience emotional, spiritual and physical wellness through conversation, movement and simple techniques.
Our program helps young people build their confidence and gain valuable life skills.
NAASDA is dedicated to promoting art and culture in our community. We offer a variety of workshops and classes that help participants gain exposure to and grow in different art fields, such as culinary arts, visual arts, and music production. We also provide the opportunity for participants to showcase their talents in performances, helping to boost their confidence and personal development.
We strive to promote and celebrate the diversity of our community through art and culture. We host a variety of cultural events, such as musical concerts, stage plays, and poetry readings, that are open to the public.
Our workforce development / entrepreneurship program is designed to provide comprehensive training, employment opportunities, and long-term community resilience for individuals and families in need. We empower those that are struggling in their current situation and provide the resources to help them break the cycle of poverty. We believe in the power of collaboration and compassion, and aim to be a beacon of hope for generations to come.

NAASDA Festival!
In our tender program: Runaway Renew, we are committed to making a difference in the lives of runaway and homeless youth through our Basic Center Program (BCP) services. Our organization provides a lifeline for young individuals who have been forced to leave home or find themselves homeless, ensuring they receive the support they need to avoid involvement in law enforcement, child welfare, mental health, or juvenile justice systems.
Fundraising events not only help to raise money for our cause, but they also bring together members of the community to help us reach our goals.
Our events are open to the public, and we encourage everyone to come out and support our cause.
We also offer sponsorship opportunities for businesses and individuals who may not be able to attend the event.
We are so grateful for all of the support we have received from the community and look forward to continuing to do great work together.
The Annual NAASDA Festival is designed to bring members of the community together and allow a space for time with family, friends and others in the community to build healthy relationships and enhance mental & physical well-being. This event is loaded with outdoor activities, music, competitions, food giveaways, and so much more!
